The One Day Rest in Seven Act in Illinois (ODRISA) goes into effect January 1, 2023. The amended state legislation that passed earlier this year will have an impact on business owners and workers in Chicago and across Illinois. The amendment, once effective, will require employers to provide non-exempt employees with one 24-hour day of rest in every consecutive seven-day period. Join this webinar to learn the requirements and enforcement of the amendment to ensure compliance. There will be a Q&A session at the end of the webinar.
