Lifelink Corporation serves over 450 foster care children
in Chicago and the suburbs. This year, more than any other,
we seek your support to help Foster Families send their
children to school prepared and ready for a great year of learning. Unfortunately, Illinois
State budget cuts to social services and high unemployment means that many families
cannot afford the basic necessities for the 2009–10 school year.
