Chicago Elev8 Key Leaders Travel to Washington DC
In December 2009, the Federation for Community Schools along with Public/Private Ventures, and key leaders from 5 Chicago Elev8 community development corporations traveled to Washington, DC advocating for the Full Service Community Schools Act and other specific pieces of legislation directly impacting Elev8.
