The City's $1 Large Lot program is set to reopen to deeded property owner applicants.
DPD will reopen Mayor Emanuel's Large Lots land sale program Monday, Dec. 3, 2018 with approximately 4,000 vacant, City-owned lots on the South, Southwest and West sides available for $1 each.
The six-week application period is the eighth since the program debuted in 2014. Since then, nearly 2,000 lots have been purchased for a buck by local property owners.

We are working to ensure residents take advantage of the buying $1 lots in the MMRP area, where there may be grants to assist with the home purchased and ideas for your large lots.
