Free direct services such as blood glucose screenings, blood pressure screenings, Confidential HIV tests, Nutrition, Health Care sign-up and MUCH MORE.
There is still a few slots availablte for be a vendor, call the Greater Auburn Gresham Development Corporation, 7901 S. Racine, 773-483-3696 for info.
Note: There is not a vendor fee to participate in the community health fair!
