CPS Safety & Security/Procurement Info Session for Arts Partners

CPS has recently implemented new policies and procedures to ensure the safety of students, and has just released a detailed flow chart that provides a step-by-step guide to ensuring you are following the correct policies and procedures so you are ready to do business with CPS.

These updated procedures have left some arts partners with questions about the steps required to adjust their operations. To address any questions or concerns you may have, CPS and Ingenuity will be co-hosting an event with Jadine Chou, Chicago Public Schools’ Chief of Safety and Security, on Monday, February 4 from 3:00 - 5:00 PM at the Literacenter. The session will provide further guidance about updated CPS Procurement and Safety & Security policies. All questions will be documented and made available post-event if you are unable to attend in-person.
