The second application round of Mayor Emanuel's Neighborhood Opportunity Fund will close on Friday, December 22nd at 5 PM, CST. Please ensure you have submitted your completed application before that time.

Where is the application? How do I submit it?
You can download the application form from the NOF wesbite - click here. You will be able to type your responses into the form itself.

Make sure to save your application with a new file name and then submit it via email to nof@cityofchicago.org. You can find instructions on how to submit the application on page 9 of the application form.
