Season’s Greetings 6th Ward Family!
As we continue living in a world of the Pandemic, now more than ever, we are wishing you and your family a healthy and safe Winter Holiday season. If you have not been vaccinated, please do so and encourage others to do the same. According to the most recent CDPH data, only 63.3% of ALL Chicago residents are completely vaccinated, which is still not enough to protect our city.
FREE Test Kits Available While Supplies Last!
In an effort to help prevent the spread of COVID-19, the Chicago Department of Public Health (CDPH) has provided our service office with a one-time supply of Abbott BinaxNOW Rapid COVID-19 self-test kits; therefore, supplies are limited and available on a first-come-first-serve basis to 6th Ward residents (with Photo ID).
Please be responsible and do your part to help prevent the spread of COVID-19 by wearing a mask indoors and continuing to social distance when possible.
