Illinois Passes Kids’ Meal Bill to Make Healthier Beverages Default Options on Restaurant Kids’ Menus

Exciting news that SB 1846, the “Serve Kids Better” bill that helps make healthier beverages the automatic or default beverages in children’s meals at restaurants in Illinois has passed the House and Senate! It will now go on to the Governor for signature. We thank all of our partners who helped to advocate for this policy and appreciate your support!
