Bears Community Room & Bears Teaching Kitchen at the 839 Healthy Hub

We are pleased to offer the Bears Community Room and Bears Teaching Kitchen at the 839 Healthy Lifestyle Hub for use by

businesses and non-profit community organizations at a nominal fee.

Our facilities provide a clean, safe, and professional environment, ideal for hosting meetings and small gatherings of up to 75 attendees.

All spaces are ADA accessible, and prior approval is required for all reservations.

Availability:

• Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM (CST), excluding holidays

• Closed on Saturdays and Sundays

Reservation Requirements:

All requests to use the Bears Community Room and/or Bears Teaching Kitchen must be submitted at least two weeks prior to the proposed

event date. To reserve a space, please follow these steps:

1. Complete the Reservation Request form below.

2. Upon approval, a copy of our Rental Agreement will be sent via email.
