Governor Quinn signs Earned Income Tax Credit into law

Illinois Governor Pat Quinn signed into law tax relief credits for working families across the Land of Lincoln. Formerally, Senate Bill 400, this new legislation provides the largest increase of more than a decade to the Illinois' Earned Income Tax Credit.
